Step 1 - Join the National Organization
or Renew National Membership

(National Membership only. For Section Dues, skip to Step 3)

National membership is required to join the Philadelphia Section. The NCNW membership year is October 1-September 30th.

New members are welcome to join at anytime. Returning members must adhere to the new deadlines established at the 2024 biennal convention in October 2024 shown below.

Dues for 2025-26 year can be paid starting January 1, 2025 and must be paid no later than May 31st, 2025. After this date, a late fee of $10 will be assessed. IF DUES ARE NOT PAID BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2025, THE MEMBER WILL LOSE HER MEMBERSHIP.

TO MAKE PAYMENTS, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

Please select “Join/Renew (National only) to be directed to the national website.
Select the desired membership level and correct year:
If paying for the 2024-25 year, select National, Collegiate or Youth Member).
If paying for 2025-2026, you must select the FY 25-26 National, FY 25-26 Collegiate (undergraduate only) or FY 25-26 Youth Member) option.
- If you are interested in Life/Legacy Life membership, DO NOT PAY ONLINE, payment should be made through our Bethune Height Recognition Program
- Please email the Membership Chair for further instructions (ncnwphilamembership@gmail.com).
- Use the down arrow to select the Philadelphia Section as the section you would like to join
If you are a member of an Affiliate Organization, use the down arrow to select the name of your organization.
Select “Purchase” to add the membership level to your cart.
Select “Continue to Payment”
Review your purchase for accurracy and select “Checkout” to proceed to the payment screen.
Once your payment is complete, a confirmation will be sent to your email.

Annual Per Capita Fee (Life and Legacy Life members only)

In accordance with the 2024 NCNW Bylaws, fully paid Life and Legacy Life members shall pay a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) per capita fee annually for ensuing the fiscal year. (page 8)

New Life and Legacy Life members shall pay the yearly per capita fee one (1) year after full payment will be required to pay $25 per year.

Payable between January 1st – May 31st
Members whose dues and fees are not paid by May 31 will receive a notice that they are delinquent and assessed a ten ($10.00) dollar late fee.
If the dues and fees are unpaid by September 30, the members not be deemed “financial” and will not be able to attend or vote at the Convention or other national events.

Step 2 - Join the Philadelphia Section

FOR NEW MEMBERS ONLY

After joining the national organization, you may now elect to join a local section. To join the Philadedelphia Section follow the steps below:

Complete the Membership Interest form below. (prospective members only)
A member of our team will review the form and contact you within 48 business hours to welcome you, assist you with the next steps and answer any questions.
Proceed to Step #3 to pay local membership dues. (see photos below for the appropriate category)

Step 3 – Pay Local Membership Dues
(Philadelphia Section)

The membership year is October 1-September 30th. The Philadelpia Section does not formally meet in July and August except for a planning meeting.
Pay your local membership dues online using one of the buttons below. Dues paid online will have a $3 surcharge to cover PayPal processing fees.
A receipt will be sent to your email. Please forward the receipt to ncnwphilamembership@gmail.com for immediate verification.
If paying by Check or Money Order: Make checks payable to “NCNW Philadelphia Section” and mail payment to NCNW Philadelphia Section c/o Membership (email us for the address)
Local membership dues can also be paid at the monthly Section membership meeting.
Dues for 2025-26 year can be paid starting January 1, 2025 and must be paid no later than May 31st, 2025. After this date, a late fee of $5 will be assessed.
IF DUES ARE NOT PAID BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2025, THE MEMBER WILL LOSE HER MEMBERSHIP.
